If you have been referred to Social Work for Counselling Services, you will be asked to complete some questionnaires to prepare for your appointment with our Social Workers.

Greenspace is the secured website that will let you complete these questionnaires online. Completing these questionnaires is fast and easy. After you register with Greenspace, you can sign onto the website whenever you want to monitor your progress.

You will receive an invitation to register with Greenspace by your choice of either email or text. It is important that you complete all the questionnaires sent to you before your appointment. The results will help guide your counselling process and for the counselling to be effective.

Your Social Worker will talk with you further about Greenspace during your first appointment.

How Greenspace Works?

• Register (click here) – you will be asked to enter some basic personal information and select whether to receive assessments by email or text messages (sms).
• Complete the Questionnaires – you will see the questionnaires that you are to complete when you sign in with your username and password. They are short and can be easily completed on any device.
• View Results – visit https://app.greenspacehealth.ca/login/ to log in to your secure and encrypted account. Only you and your therapist can review your results and overall progress.
