Family Physicians
The London Family Health Team is pleased to provide a broad range of patient care expertise.
Sixteen (16) family physicians are key members of our family health team. They provide assessments, prevent, treat, and diagnose illness and injuries and help patients manage chronic illness. While they provide the majority of your medical care, they work with our allied health professionals to offer additional care and service.
Dr. Behzad Hassani and his Nurse Practitioner are accepting new patients and prioritizing those who are over 65 years of age. You can download a copy of the fillable application form here. You must return the completed application by dropping it off at his office at Beaverbrook Ave, second floor or by emailing it to hassanioffice@beaverbrookmedical.ca.
Other physicians at the London Family Health Team are NOT accepting new patients at this time. There is no waiting list.
